Managing fluctuations and communication crisis of customer brands on Social Media platforms (Facebook, Telegram, X, Tiktok, Community Group …) daily.
Understand the brand, product, features … to create content to Seeding.
Collect contents, campaigns, operations of opponents on social media platforms and interactive behavior analysis (insight) of users and potential customers to have the optimization of planning and deployment (Social Listening ).
Proposing ideas, content and topics to develop identification, protection and emotional affection for the company’s brands & customers.
Good use of tracking and seeding tools to optimize work efficiency.
Weekly/monthly work report and monthly work efficiency evaluation.
Contribute ideas to the common activities of the Marketing Department and the Company.
