Overall Description:We are seeking an experienced Head of Marketing to lead our marketing team. The Head will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our marketing operations, including digital marketing, SEO, design and social media within the marketing department. The Head will need to ensure optimal performance in terms of personnel and costs, as well as develop efficient operational plans, control risks, and propose innovative new strategies for the company’s growth. |
Key Responsibilities:• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to achieve company objectives for products and services. • Lead and manage the marketing team, providing guidance and feedback to ensure maximum performance and growth. • Oversee the development and implementation of the marketing budget and ensure its effective management. • Monitor and analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth. • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including SEO, social media, and display advertising campaigns. • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience. • Develop and manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to execute marketing programs. • Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to drive decision-making. • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement. |
Requirements:• At least 5 years of experience as a Marketing Head/ Director/ CMO • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. • Strong written and verbal communication abilities. • Knowledge of the Marketing Agencies; E-commerce; IT industry, its regulations, and the competitive landscape. • Ability to handle complex tasks and prioritize under pressure. • Discretion and confidentiality of the highest level. • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus. |
