To enhance cost efficiency, risk management, and operational integrity, we are looking for an Internal Control Manager to ensure financial discipline while supporting the company’s high-growth marketing strategies

  • Develop and implement internal control frameworks with a strong focus on marketing budget efficiency, compliance, and fraud prevention
  • Monitor and assess marketing expenditures, campaign ROI, and budget allocations to optimize spending efficiency and prevent financial leakages.
  • Ensure cost-control measures are in place to improve transparency and accountability across marketing and operations teams. 
  • Identify financial, operational, and reputational risks, especially in high-budget marketing activities, and propose mitigation strategies. 
  • Work closely with marketing, finance, and leadership teams to ensure internal controls align with business and growth objectives
  • Analyze and report on key risk indicators, marketing spend effectiveness, and budget compliance to senior management. 
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal policies, and industry best practices while maintaining marketing agility
  • Continuously improve internal processes to enhance cost-effectiveness without slowing down marketing execution.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in internal control, compliance, financial auditing, or risk management, preferably in marketing-led companies, gaming, fintech, or e-commerce.
  • Strong background in budget monitoring, marketing cost analysis, and financial controls.
  • A college degree is required; CPA, CIA, or CISA certification is a plus.
  • Experience in managing control frameworks within high-budget marketing environments.
  • Ability to analyze marketing spend data and identify areas for cost optimization and fraud prevention. 
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of financial controls, risk management, and compliance in a marketing-intensive organization.
  • Proficiency in tracking marketing spend efficiency and optimizing campaign budgets. 
  • Experience with internal audit tools, risk assessment models, and financial reporting standards.
  • Ability to analyze large datasets, evaluate ROI, and implement cost-saving initiatives while supporting business growth. 
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially with marketing and finance teams.
